Travel Booking Experience

I would like to thank you Terrin for all the time and effort you put in to helping me with a flight for my grandson. With WestJet engineers on strike, and flights being canceled, I was trying to get through to WestJet to find out what my options would be to rearrange the trip.  I had spent 9 hours on hold with them when I decided to reached out to you. Within 20 minutes, you had information and options available to me.
